It is easy to become a partner, just put http://x3m.us link on your site, and after a few clicks from your site, your site will appear in partners(if it does not, write something in the guestbook, or on the forum)

The more visitors you send here the higher your site will be on the partners list, if your site is in top 8 sites, it will be on the first page, if not it will be in more partners.
