In one paragraph
This is a site that documents how it is built. You are welcome to everything on it: read it, quote it with attribution, link to any page, and use it to teach. The code that generates it is not licensed for redistribution. Nothing here is advice, nothing is guaranteed to be correct or available, and the clauses below are the same paragraph again with the edges written down.
They are numbered so that a clause can be cited and followed — clause 4.2 is a link, not a page reference — which is the only good reason to number anything.

Who publishes this
This site is published by Static Core, working from Serbia, and reachable at hello@x3m.us. There is no other channel, no ticket queue, and nobody else answering under this name.

What you may do with what is written here
The writing and the design decisions described on this site may be read, quoted, linked to and argued with, with attribution and a link back to the page quoted.
2.1
Quoting
A paragraph or two in a post, a talk or a piece of documentation needs no permission. Reproducing a page in full does.
2.2
Linking
Link to any page here, from anywhere, without asking. Deep links are expected to keep working; URLs are part of the design and are not churned.
2.3
Teaching from it
Use it in a class, a workshop or a code review freely. That is the reason most of this site explains itself as it goes.

What the licence does not cover
The generator behind this site is proprietary and is not licensed for redistribution, resale or sublicensing. Reading it, learning from it and describing it are none of those things.
4.
This site describes; it does not promise
Everything here documents how one site is built. It is offered as it is, with no warranty that it is correct, current, or suitable for what you intend to do with it, and no undertaking that the site will be reachable at any given moment.
4.1
Accuracy
Where a page states a figure it says where the figure came from, and where it states a rule that rule is checked by the build. Neither makes any of it advice.
4.2
Availability
These are static files on somebody else's network. They are usually up. Nothing here is a service level.
5.
Liability
Nothing is charged for reading this site, and nothing here accepts liability for a decision taken because of it. Where the law will not permit a limit to go that far, it goes as far as the law permits and no further.
6.
Other people's sites
This site links outward — to a repository, to a map, to a video, to the sources a post cites. Those are theirs. A link is not an endorsement and their terms are not these.
7.
Writing to us
The contact form and the address it publishes are for messages a person will read and answer.
7.1
What is done with a message
It is read and answered. What is held while that happens is set out in full on the privacy page.
7.2
What is not
It is not added to a mailing list, not sold, not enriched, and not passed to anybody as a lead.
7.3
Automated posting
The endpoint is rate-limited and refuses posts that will not say where they came from. A person caught by either is welcome to email instead.
8.
Changes to these terms
This page can change. It carries a version and a review date at the top, and because the site is generated from version control every revision is recorded in that history rather than summarised in a banner.
9.
Which law
These terms are governed by the law of Serbia. If some part of them turns out to be unenforceable there, that part is severed and the rest stands.

- Every page served from x3m.us, including the one address the contact form posts to. Not the source code behind it, which is covered separately.
- The generator
- The build that turns routes, data and templates into these files. It is described openly on this site and is not licensed for redistribution.
- The content
- The writing, the structure and the design decisions on these pages, and the photographs, which are licensed from their photographers and are not ours to sublicense.
- You
- Whoever is reading. No account exists, so nothing here distinguishes one reader from another.
Small print
- No fee is charged for access to this site, and no account can be opened on it.
- These terms are the whole of the agreement about using this site; nothing said elsewhere adds to them.
- The headings above are numbered so that a clause can be cited. They carry no meaning of their own.
- Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
